Howdy! My name is Jim and I am so glad you have come to our site!
I am a redeemed child of God and believe that informs all of life. That includes marriage, parenting, and even childbirth!
I am husband to my wonderful, beautiful, strong wife Emmie and father to our 8 sweet, crazy, energetic children. I am also an RN and have worked as a NICU nurse for the past 9 years. So, I have quite a lot of experience with babies and children and yes, even childbirth, as both father and nurse. I hope to be an encouragement and resource, especially for dads (either experienced or first timers!).
I am also a seminary graduate and love to think and discuss theology, read, spending time with Emmie, playing with our kids, spending time with friends, and watching a good movie with friends or family.
